This month, let's look at some ways God helped His people and worked through His people in the Bible:
... in I Samuel 17:1-51, we read the story about David and Goliath and learn that God is always with us, no matter our circumstances, and helps us when we call on Him .
... in Judges 4:1-16, we learn about the Judge, Deborah, and how God gave her wisdom to help her in her work .
... in Daniel 3, we see God's protection in action as He helps three young men who stood firm in their faith, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, survive a fiery furnace .
... in Mark 10:46-52, Jesus returns the sight of Bartimaeus and helps him in his faith .
... and in Acts 9:1-22, we read about Ananias rescuing Saul; and Saul's conversion to Jesus Christ.
These are the Scriptures and stories we will be covering in our Adult Bible School Program at the end of June. Please take some time to read and study them this month, and then plan on joining us Bible School week!
