Rev. David McKinley | Senior Pastor

David W. McKinley is the Senior Pastor at Central Schwenkfelder Church. Originally from the Ozarks, Rev. McKinley was raised in the First Christian Church of Nevada, Missouri where he came to faith in Christ and was baptized. Pastor David attended Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri, graduating with a B.A. in Religious Studies. While there, David met his wife Linda.

He received the Master of Divinity from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and the Master of Theology in Systematic Theology from Westminster Theological Seminary. David is presently pursuing the Doctor of Ministry at Biblical Seminary in Hatfield.

Before joining the staff at Central Schwenkfelder Church, David pastored congregations in Missouri and Kansas. David and Linda have three children.

Rev. William Kalajainen | Associate Pastor

Bill Kalajainen is an Associate Pastor at Central Schwenkfelder Church. He joined the staff at Central in September of 2007. Bill and his wife Mary Jane grew up in Western Pennsylvania. Bill has an engineering degree and worked as an engineer for a number of years. He is also a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary (M.Div., 2005) in Charlotte, North Carolina. His responsibilities include overseeing our Christian Education, missions, and visitation programs.

Pastor Julian Scavetti |  Youth Pastor

Julian Scavetti began his ministry at Central in January of 2008. He grew up down the Blue Route in Upper Darby, PA. Julian graduated from Eastern University in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree in Youth Ministry and has over 9 years of full time youth ministry experience in a church setting. In addition he is licensed to minister through the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference.

As a student at Eastern University, Julian was fortunate to meet a beautiful student named Tara whom he married in July of 2002. Julian and Tara have been blessed with two little boys and live in Schwenksville.
